Our educational experiences enable teams to adopt a conscious approach to designing products, teams and experiences by embracing principles of inclusion, justice, and environmental responsibility.
Within our learning environments, participants will engage in a dynamic blend of storytelling, dialogue, and hands-on activities. This interactive approach helps solidify and integrate knowledge into practical applications. Current Learning Experiences
Beyond Diversity (Foundational)
This is a foundational course for leaders, HR and DE&I teams. Designed through an anti-racist and anti-oppressive lens, this educational experience is tailored to help leaders unpack and understand how systemic racism, homophobia, sexism, colonialism, ableism, and transphobia continue to perpetuate within the workplace.
Intersectional Frameworks (Foundational)
An introductory course designed to help individuals understand the historical context of the term “Intersectionality”, why it is important and how an intersectional lens can shape a more equitable world. The workshop helps learners understand how intersectionality is practised in various contexts, from workplace design to gathering data. It provides examples and practical guidance on how to apply an intersectional framework within various areas, from research, data analysis, and designing policies.
Systems Thinking (Foundational)
This educational program on systems is designed to help examine the complexities of our interconnected world and how we can streamline them. By analysing the interrelationships and patterns that influence the behaviour of complex systems, learners will be equiped to make informed decisions, design more impactful solutions, and become aware of unintended consequences. Addressing problems from a systems perspective facilitates the creation of improved solutions that target root causes rather than surface-level change.
