Founder and Director
Nidhi is a systems-thinking consultant, change maker, writer, and a lover of good chai. She graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of International Relations and Languages and brings a unique perspective shaped by her life as a Kenyan-Indian diaspora and immigrant settler living between Australia and Canada.
Nidhi's worldview is a product of her lived experiences, marked by years of unlearning and reconnecting with her cultural and ancestral wisdom. Her practice is firmly grounded in an anti-colonial and intersectional lens. With over 15 years of experience across various industries, from tech startups to global non-profits, she has played a pivotal role in developing purpose-driven organisations.
